Typically, Plenty updates the balances of your connected accounts throughout the day. If the balance hasn’t updated for a couple days, and you believe the balance is incorrect, the fastest way to update the balance is to disconnect and reconnect the account through one of our bank connectors (Akoya, Finicity, MX, Plaid & Yodlee).
To do this, click into the account from your Dashboard or under Settings>Accounts. Then, click on "Account actions," and select “Disconnect.”
Once you’ve disconnected the account, click “Reconnect,” and follow the process for connecting the account. Once it’s connected, you should see an updated balance.
