We’re sorry you had this issue. This error is usually because your bank has multi-factor authentication that Plaid does not support. One way to connect your account is to:
- Login to temporarily disable the MFA/2FA for your bank (usually in security & privacy settings)
- Connect your Plenty account to your bank, via Plaid
- Re-enable the MFA/2FA for your bank
