To close your account, please first cancel your membership subscription. 

After you have canceled your subscription, you’ll have the option to close your account entirely.

Once your subscription has been canceled, click on the gear icon (⚙️) in the bottom left to open your Settings, and click on the “Membership” section. Click “Close your account,” and follow the instructions to complete the process.

Once your account has been closed, you can still login to review your documents, but cannot use any of Plenty’s features.
