BNY Mellon | Pershing is legally required to contact you via email and by mail to confirm that the account has been opened successfully. 

You'll continue to hear directly from Pershing from time to time - they will directly provide you with key documents like monthly statements and account updates. You can also always access these documents directly in your Plenty dashboard.
