Plenty’s system automatically labels your transactions, but you can personalize this by having it creating custom “Rules.” Rules let you customize how Cashflow labels and displays your transaction data.  

You can have Rules automatically apply to a transaction based on their “Merchant name,” “Transaction name,” “Category,” or “Amount.” Based on this criteria, the rule will automatically change the merchant or category, or hide the transaction from Plenty’s calculations.
