Some banks and financial institutions may choose to not allow you to connect your accounts to Plenty through the bank connectors we support (Akoya, Finicity, MX, Plaid & Yodlee). If you’d like us to notify you when our bank connectors begins to support a bank you use, just email us at members@withplenty.com.
In the meantime, you can still manually track the balances for unsupported banks in Plenty. Most members update these numbers manually 1-2 times a month. Follow these instructions to manually track an account:
1. From your Dashboard, click on the "+" to the right of the "Accounts" section
2. Select "Add an account manually"
3. Pick the relevant account type
4. Fill out the fields for account name, current balance, and any other relevant information.
5. Hit "Continue," choose the sharing settings for the account, and click "Looks good"
